Ignou the best university. I was studying c.a I was continuously failing in ipcc and I then decided to join for b.com and leave c.a and then I thought that already 2 years were wasted and many more will not take in there colleges.
I decided to do oped degree and then I came to know about a new program of ignou that those student who are studying c.a can apply open degree and you can take b.com a&f course and it that you need to write exam only for one time then we will give you 3 years of b.com a&f certificate then I thought it was quite useful and I joined it .thus with help of ignou I can even complete my b.com. thanks to Ignou.
