My brother is doing BCA from Kolkata 2008 batch. I am following up with institute since 2011. I have even approach RTI and CVC and have also approach SP Goyal. But seems nothing is working when its come to IGNOU administration and RC Kolkata.
My issue
My brother cleared few papers in 2012 but they did not updated the marks
Kolkata institute did a registration error, they enroll my brother two time in 5 semester instead of 6 semester. The issue was corrected after 2 years of regular followup. They wasted 2 valuable years of my brother and no body seems responsible and answerable for it.They did not even bother to reply to this point including PIO officers
My brother took some exam after his registration and he cleared almost of them. Now this jokers are saying they can not updated the marks score after Registration was expired even after taking readmission they will not provide credit. Then why the hell you allow student to seat in examination
BCA 2008-09 prospectus says 40% passing marks for each components, Mr. Santanu Mukherji, ARD(sr. Scale) saying 50%.
Mr. Santanu Mukherji, ARD(St. Scale) is diciding pass/fail based on his own judgement and he don’t even bother to let you know the marks you have scored. What is Gap between passing marks?
