IGNOU is one of the top class universities. It gives us an opportunity to resume studies if we could not complete it for some reasons.
Even for people who are have enrolled in state or central government service, can carry on their study for IGNOU provides distance education i.e. unlike regular universities we need not to go to universities all year round. Helped me a lot to persue my Post Graduate.
