IGNOU is cheating people with this private partnership model of education. I am sure its officials who are supposed to supervise and ensure better quality of education are all sold out.
I am a student of P.N.Vijay’s stock market course, I was made tall claims at the time of enrollment. After 5 five months, no roll nos. have been allotted, seems there are 5-6 students only. The website is never accessible, one can log in only he is lucky. 8 out of ten attempts give an error message.
Quality of study material is bad, I’ve never seen such useless books in my life. Delivery schedule is of no use they have never sent either of the things on time.
