Hello friends, this year I have taken admission on IGNOU in **Master of social work Counselling(MSWC)** program. First of all, this year IGNOU has started the online admission process, where we can register, upload and pay fees online. I think it is best effort comes from IGNOU.
IGNOU is India’s largest Open University that offers hundreds of Courses. One think where IGNOU lacks is that of their Help line Service. After Paying my fees I have allotted Noida Center so I want to know when would I go there and collect my study material and Identity card. I had called different numbers that are provided in the IGNOU website from student cell to online admission cell, from main center to Noida Study Center, **but nobody would picked up the call not even a single time.** So I have to go directly at study center and thankfully I received the Identity card and study material both. Staff at the study center were nice and Helping.
But again I want to say is that please **improve your Helpline service** also.
