There is this persistent problem with the course commencement process. I have been waiting for ages for my MA-English program to begin. First of all, it is not an applaudible program content anyway, secondly, they are least bothered whether you receive your instructions, books, program structure details or not.
They don’t care what is the significance of the course for a student. I feel trapped having signed up with IGNOU! I am planning to cancel my enrollment soon.
