IGNOU is helping thousands of students who are not able to attend regular college. just because its a distance education and it provides materials through post, we cannot expect to get every information and every material through post to our door step.
To my experience its always better to visit our near by regional centre for all our queries, otherwise depending only on post and internet will surely load you with disappointments.
I really recommend ignou for their excellent study material, you really acquire good , its a little too much to study in a short period though.
