I placed an order and selected delivery date(12 days from purchase date) for a gift to be delivered in India from USA. After placing order; same night(my time) I called their "so called customer Service"(which apparently has bunch of unprofessional and liars); I asked that guy repeatedly that my item should not be delivered before selected delivery date. That guy promised me that my item will be delivered as per selected date(1 day previous or 1 day later, for which I was fine; after that I even sent e-mail on their support e-mail ID stating not to deliver items before delivery date.
After so much of effort, those IDIOTS shipped item next day and it was delivered even on same day which was 2nd day from date of purchase(10 days before from selected delivery date).
Worst part, I called their customer service again and I asked why it was delivered 10 days before. She said, to make sure your item is delivered, what is it’s not delivered due to festive time.I was shocked when I hers her response; then I asked if I can talk to her manager, she said they don’t have call transfer facility.Probably, same typical mentality that they got their money and then don’t even care for your emotions and value. Bunch of liars, unprofessional and uneducated who are seating to take advantage of people’s emotion to make "CHEAP" money.
DO NOT BUY from this site if your item is time sensitive. I wish I could rate then in negative.
