IGP.com is the worst gifts online service provider ever
They are not at all trustworthy and reliable which are as follows
Whatever products are available on their website are quite expensive and quality is also not too good. On an average I will rate 2 out of 5 for products(1 is poor and 5 is excellent)
As per their policy, the gifted items will be delivered on selected dates, which is not true at all. As per my experience, these guys will take their own sweet time to deliver the item(3 to 6 days or more than this, if the selected items are getting shipped from other locations like Lucknow, Jaipur, Mumbai, Bangalore&etc)this is hard to believe, in today’s scenario where other online service providers promise to deliver the shipment within 24 hours across India but IGP cannot deliver the items within from Bangalore; getting the shipment delivered from other locations is completely out of the question now
Moreover, when you will request ad cry in front of them to deliver the items they have one answer "Sorry, this is not possible, we can’t help you, you have to wait"
They don’t care about their customers’ needs ad requests only what they care about is the money which they already got in an advance, after placing an order, it’s your responsibility to follow up with them to get your items to be delivered on desired location. These guys will not take a pain at all for. Whether it’s a special occasion for you either want to surprise someone etc. etc. These guys will not bother about your feelings. I’m very, very hurt and disappointed from their service
Very important thing- IGP and their supporting team(courier team) are big liars because firstly, they will not deliver the items on giving time and after all the effort you make to get your items delivered, the Courier guys will update in d system that couldn’t find the location, without calling ad checking with the receiver to verify the location. And here is the funny part that after 2 days they find the same location at the same place which they were not able to locate earlier; without calling ad checking with the receiver. I think places appeared and disappeared for few days in Bangalore whenever they want.
Conclusion: I will rate them 1 out of 5(1 is poor and 5 is excellent)

I will never going to order from IGP
Do not trust/depend on this website, it’s just fooling ur self if we expect good service. I went and burn my hands; will not advise anyone
Not able to deliver on the same day and given time
Only good part is customer support will answer your calls, but they will never be able to help you on ur request
Worst planning
IGP is Big FRAUD and worst service ever
No delivery on time and no refund
This Never ends list of complaints, I have experienced all kinds of problems with them, which I never had with any of the other online service providers
