If you are looking at this reviews for feedback and thinking of sending something through INDIANGIFTPORTAL website, please stop now. I have had sent Rakhi+GIFT to my brother in uk to be delivered on 31/07/12 (2 days prior to Rakhi). I placed my order on 24/07/12 thinking it’s a good enough time to get it delivered and spent $60.00 AUD to surprise my brother. But I have been surprised by this people’s service. Even if I sent so many email to two of their staff member regarding my order which was not dispatched on a day prior to Rakhi, but no one bothered to reply me.
Parcel was not delivered on a day of Rakhi, So I sent them another emails asking refund for my order, as there was no point of getting it delivered when festival was over. And this bloody people dispatched my parcel on 08/08/12. Now when I check status of my parcel it says attempt to delivered but no one at home. So called BOMBINO COURIER (another example of worst service) and they gave me a local number of LONDON, so that my brother can call them and can get the parcel. My brother said that number was invalid and there is no note left in post box, which can say where to collect the undelivered parcel.
Now today is 11/08/12 and I have not heard anything back from this cheat people. This people are fraud. It;s not a big company as it looks on website. This are bloody cheaters which will take your money and won’t delivered anything. Thanks to my friends who lives in UK, who sent Rakhi to my brother overnight on my request. Otherwise I would not have been able to send Rakhi to my bro. which has never happen yet.
Just a little advise for who have lost their money through this fraud. If you have paid via Credit card, please dispute that transaction with your Bank. I have done this, Will let you know the outcome.
