Fraud...Pathetic customer service.
There is no direct number where one can call & speak to any customer service representative. They did not deliver my order in Full. Kept sending me timestamp Photographs of the order which was received but not for the item which was not delivered. I ordered two Personalised Bamboo planter but...just received one...they kept sending me the photo of the one The recipient had already received.
