It was my first experience with them & it was horrible! They ruined my day and the ocassion. They charge extra for fixed time delivery, but guess what? They couldn’t even deliver it 3 hours from post fixed time delivery. There was no update on the website nor any attempt was made from igp team to expedite the delivery. I had to call 7 times on a non toll free number & spend hours to ensure they do their job. However they failed & couldn’t deliver, so finally I had to cancel my order.
