I will not recommend this website. My wife ordered birthday cake on 3rd Dec 2013 and it’s 12 Dec 2013, I still did not receive the order.
After tons of follow up emails CSR called me up, they do not have proper manners on how to talk with their clients. They gave me multiple reason on why order is not delivered:
1.Your address is incorrect.(This is the same address in my bank accounts, income tax dept etc) How the hell he can tell me that my address is incorrect?
2.We came at your door step but there was nobody in home. If this is the case why the hell he didn’t call me up?
Their website is also problematic. They do not have clear status defined. Every time I see the same status "Processed." What does this mean? What are the other status? I do not see the history of what happened with my order and what is still pending.
There is no cell number on which I can call and confirm the status. If it is held at my local area shop then I should get the cell number in which I can call and get the status. The only number I have is the CSR which is 80% times busy.
IF you are planning to send gift to someone in US from India please order it atleast a year before.
