I decided to stay awake to match the timings of their customer service. After a minimum of 10 call failures, I got hold of Asif Jafar, customer service agent. He was extremely courteous and highly promising. Unfortunately, all my hopes and expectations were proved incorrect. That was the first and last time, I was able to get hold of him. I believe my phone number was blocked (does Telecom companies in India offer such "facilities"?). Anyhow, I persisted sending emails. No response.
Today, I called up my bank and complained and Thanks to my bank, they returned my money with a dispute case lodged against India gifts portal.
Not even for enemy would I recommend this portal. Watch out folks!!
