Delay in order and no follow up

Order ID:- 2654877

I placed the order 10 days back and hasn’t received any update even though the estimated delivery date is 20/5/2020 and today is 25th

When I open the order details there is no details about delivery of my order .

Please it is my wife birthday and I hope you do not ruin it by not delivering it on time !
