I ordered gift on 24th July 2012 for my sister. The product code was IGP301676. I cancelled the order on 24th July itself as I ordered a wrong product. I called the customer care person to cancel the order and refund the amount so that I can buy what I wanted to have. The customer care people told that amount will be refunded within 2 days. Its been more than a month since I cancelled the product and asked for the refund. But these people don’t even bother to response. I tried calling so many times at their number but got no response.
Earlier I was a regular customer of indiangiftportal.com website, during every festival or occasions I used to order something from the website but now, I won’t be ordering anything. These people have become pathetic in providing services.The product I ordered, was cancelled immediately and the customer service person told me that the amount would be refunded with in 2 days. And now its been 35 days, but I haven’t received the amount.
I requested so many times via mails and telephonic calls, to refund the amount, but only I got was disappointment. People should not order anything from indiangiftsportal.com because if, by mistake only, you have any issue regarding the payment then these people are not going to give your money back.
