Beware of ordering anything from "Indian Gifts Portal"(IGP.com) their website looks very attractive and they promise to deliver the same day etc.
Read on about my experience.
It was my brother’s wedding Anniversary on Oct 23rd, so I went to IGP and ordered a Pineapple egg less cake to be delivered the same day my order was registered and they also charged my c/c promptly. this was 10:am on Oct 23rd!.nothing happened until Three.I contacted them at three pm and they said they will deliver before 7:00 pm then I waited.nothing moved .
Next day i.e on Oct 24th I checked with my bro at noon and nothing was delivered yet!
I sent them a mail and they said they will"Look into it" at 5:00 pm I lost it called them Bombay number and that girl had no clue about my order.i asked them to refund my money and close my order because it was already two days old! within 1/2 hour someone calls my brother and checks if it is ok to deliver the cake on Oct 25th?.Finally the cake gets delivered at 9:00 pm with "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" message on it! I had ordered a "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY CAKE ON OCT 23rd and they deliver a " HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAKE " on OCT 24th 10:00 pm that is after I call and ask for a refund! now this called as service!
so people please be aware and I recommend not to use this on-site portal! picture of the cake is attached, we do not know if this eggless
