One of the worst online shopping I have faced with IGP. Delivering the gift is most precious. But how awkward it would be if our lovable people got defeated item as their gift. How our respect in their mind would be... Before sending for delivery won’t they check quality of the item... Very worst customer support... They not even bother about my concern and not even a good response.. One of the customer care executives asking me batteries only problem means why can’t u buy outside.. I don’t think its a appropriate solution. And I felt its a rude answer
