You send a mail regarding an order not process despite money getting debited, they don’t bother replying back at all. Upon sending, and resending a query multiple time, they send back a one line reply without even bothering to address the customer with respectful word.
The Rakhi that I bought has not been delivered yet and the customer service guys are nowhere in the scene to give an answer to where their product is lying right now.The so-called status online about the product is probably randomly generated and is no where close to the original status.
