I ordered a product as per the product description website & completely wrong product & brand was sent. This was a gift & really dissapointed by such shoddy service !
UPDATE 1 : I was contacted by a ’Mr. Rahul’ from Indiagiftsportal.com on 7th JAN’13 who acknowledged wrong item has been sent and replacement will be given within few days. Till date (It has been 18+ days I have not received any item), and I have been chasing them on emails with false promises of resolution. This shows the pathetic service with this website.
UPDATE 2 : Its Unbelievable, AFTER A MONTH OF FOLLOW-UPS, they shipped the Wrong Product AGAIN !!! THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT COMPETENT TO RUN A BUSINESS
