I did order the flower buckey in this valentines day 2021 and when they delivered it was a different product all together. The pattern the eligency the number of flowers and layers are not at all matching. They did send me a apology note but no complimentary and no exchange. I have posted the pics of both what I ordered and what I receive. It has spoiled my valentines day. Will never use this service again
