Order placed 16th august 4am approx IST for same day cake delivery in New Delhi. Today is 17th August and order status showed no progress. Called support and consultant told me that the recipient area is not serviceable! I confirmed again what he said and yes..the recipient area which is New delhi is not serviceable. This is the first I have heard of any online gift portals and I use igp often but this has nailed it. To top it I was the one chasing it and igp didn’t by any means give me any update as to why a same day delivery birthday cake was not delivered. I gave heads up to the recipient on their birthday 16th that keep your mobile handy as you have a cake coming up for birthday. How embarrassing it is for me to know now that these incompetent people couldn’t even bother to inform their customer that it cant be delivered. It’s new frekking delhi...u cant deliver it there better close ur shop and stop wasting our time and playing with emotions. Order 1998999. Just refund my money.
