Highly Disappointed with Customer Support Team

I was so excited to send a Rakhi for my brother to India from Australia.

On 15th August I ordered a gold-diamond rakhi with lots of hopes to reach it by 19th August as mentioned in product description.

Its 27th August today, but rakhi has not yet reached.

The status of order on website it just "processed" as it was on 15th August. I called Customer Support Team thrice with no good luck. Every time they requested to wait for 4-5 days more.

I always prefer paying by Paypal but during checkout they never gave any option for Paypal. I would have been benefited by the "Buyer Protection Policy" of Paypal. I am hugely dis-appointed with the IGP-IndianGiftsPortal services, just same as Indian Government.
