I booked a bunch of flower bouquet on 10th may 2018 for my relatives 25th wedding anniversary and marked order as same day delivery and they have confirms the order and just to avoid surprise I personally called igp customer care to check whether order is on schedule and they confirms that Sir no worries your order will get delivered by 07:30 PM IST positively.
They cancelled order at around 07:30 PM IST without notification .calls nothing .i logged in to their site and found that order gets cancelled at last minute. I was so embarrassed in front of my family nothing to explain since nothing can do at last minute.moment has passed. such a shame .and they considers them self international and not able to deliver a bouquet in delhi itself.
They have refunded the amount anyways but nothing can do now so guys beware.
Surprise moment:-
They do not have customer support after 10:00 to 07:00 and they call themself international .lol
