I enrolled to take the service from iGraft Bangalore Koramangala branch by paying an initial booking amount before doing the medicals.
When I did the medicals and found some issue, iGraft refused to pay the full/partial amount back. Instead they asked to bring a medical certificate to refund as they cannot pay back due to income tax reasons. This is really a unprofessional cheat company. Don’t take up there service and stay away from these cheat!
Also I observed the quality of staff and the equipment/operation theater are risky. If you really care for your life, don’t proceed with their service. This is a genuine input from a genuine customer.
