Fraud company didn’t return my advance money as I was not in a condition to get the treatment as I was flying out of country. In spite of informing to the igraft representative 4 days before the surgery, they are saying that as you have cancelled at last moment you will not get the advance money back of 10, 000/-. No email was sent out to me and all the conversation was done on whatsapp. Now they are not even replying back or receiving my calls. Advance money was paid online to them on 26th Feburary 2017 and on 28th I informed them about the cancellation but they refuse to acknowledge any kind of request and say company will not return your advance. People who are seriously looking for good service I advise to please go somewhere else as its a fraud company and in case your case gets worse after the treatment they will not return your money or the guarantee they say in order to get the business from you.
In case anyone feels that I am lying I am ready to provide the detail chat with the igraft representative and the amount transferred details with date.
I request people not to fall in the trap of this company and Igraft people soon you will get a notice from Consumer court you guys took it way to easy but now lets have a legal talk.
