This review is regarding as my personal experience with this online medicine store.
This is a worst online store for medicines. They take a very long time in deliver and you cannot track your order deliver. Today I share my experience with this online store.
Last month , I ordered a medicine for my joint pain from iHerb.com
They said that my order would deliver in 2 to 3 days.
But after 4 days they didn’t deliver my medicine. My pain was increasing in my joint. So I tried to contact them but they didn’t pick up my calls after trying 3 to 4 times. After one hour they picked up my call. I told them that when my order delivered? They said that it would deliver soon. I asked from them could I track my order ?
They said that it could not track in some places.
My pain was increasing so I bought medicine from the market.
After 10 days , they said that your delivered might come today but I said that I wanted to cancel the order but they said that it could not cancel.
So I had to buy it. My money was totally waste because my joint was good after buying medicine from market.
So I suggest you friends not to use this E-commerce website for any medicine.
