Ill never shop at iHerb.com again. If there is a 0 star rating, I will give that to them because their website is too bad. I placed an order with iHerb and got an email stating that my order had been shipped to my home. There was no delivery of the order. After communicating with their customer service for several days via email, I was informed that the order had been sent correctly and that I could consult with my neighbors. I will place my faith in another organization who will provide me with peace of mind now that iHerb has refused to acknowledge accountability/responsibility for their error.
Furthermore, one day
My email address and password were updated when someone hacked into my account. I cant sign in, and when I try to change my password, I dont get a six-digit authentication code. I got an email today saying that a refund for my previous order is on the way, but I never asked for one and received my order in full. I also got an email today saying that my email address has been updated and that I could update my password if it wasnt me. HOW Will I CHANGE MY PASSWORD WITHOUT KNOWING THE HACKERS EMAIL ADDRESS? I tried emailing their contact information, but all I got was an auto-generated message telling me to log in to talk to someone. I foolishly saved my credit card information on the web because Ive been with them for years, but now theres no way for me to reach them if I need help. I even find a phone number for USPS, not iHerb, on Google. Customer service is utterly disgraceful. Im not sure what Im going to do next.
