While placing the order, I chose DHL service for reviewing which clearly showed me the amount of 1389 inr I have the pay at the time of delivery. But I got a call from DHL this morning and they are saying I’ll have to pay an amount of 3519 inr in order to receive it.
Why are there such hidden costs involved which you are hiding your customers from? DHL they didn’t get any confirmation from their end about the amount stated there as 1389.
