IIFL used to be a reliable trading platform a few years ago. However, with so many different trading options and financial instruments, the efficiency has gone down. The success rate for trade execution is far low compared to other online brokerage platforms. While their services are free of charge for delivery trades, the app experience in itself is terrible. The desktop website crashes frequently during peak hours which is frustrating if you are putting in a high-volume trade. The My Account view faces constant glitches, and there will be discrepancies in the actual portfolio.
Last week, when I opened a few trades and earned a profit, it took 2-3 days to actually reflect that profit in my portfolio. Due to this, the entire portfolio is shown in red. The engineers need to look into this as soon as possible.
