The very fact that she is working for competitors it certainly gives the impression that she is working on behalf or at the instance of a competitor to harm the reputation and credibility of a bigger and stronger player in this business. This is very irresponsible by an ex-employee. This is not the forum or the platform to express grievances.
There are 6000 employees working under the IIHT umbrella on any given day and many of them are working for more than a decade. For the very reason that they are there and happy working with IIHT and these irresponsible comments by her would adversely affect the company and their employees. It is possible that 1 or 2 employees who worked with IIHT in the past may have left the organization with certain grievances that necessarily doesn’t represent the entire organization or its employees.
There are courts or any other appropriate forums to sort out such issues in India through talks and even to the legal system if there is a genuine case. Commenting like this undermines not only the interest of the company but also people working under it. 100s of people have invested into IIHT and 1000s of people are working for it. Kala’s irresponsible comment would harm all the innocent and innocuous people; hence we urge Kala to stop this vituperative language and uncalled for comment on the public domain.
