For all those who want a sneak-peek into what goes on at @ IILM Gurgaon:). I am a student of the current PGDM Batch at IILM Gurgaon. For starters, the fun never sets in IILM Gurgaon since it is a residential campus! Apart from the academic and industry exposure at the campus, there are a host of activities that keep us occupied till dinner time including activities conducted by different clubs:
Cultural Club: Whether it’s the Independence Day celebration or the ‘Band Baaja Dandiya’ evening, the Cultural events by Utsav – The cultural Club always ensure every festival or occasion is celebrated with full zest and is witness to a huge participation from staff, faculties, alumni and current students!
NGO / Environmental Club: ‘Pukar’, the NGO Club at IILM Gurgaon has implemented the education drive with street children who reside in the neighboring village; the blood donation drive conducted in the midst of the month of September, saw an overwhelming response from faculties, staff and students of IILM Gurgaon
Finance Club: The ‘Cashanova’ quiz had a blend of Finance terms with movie clips in the form of a quiz. The winners were awarded with a Cash prize and full involvement from the core committee of the Finance club
Marketing Club: The ‘AD MAD’ show got the whole campus enjoying with the innovative ways of selling their products. The rounds were particularly interesting as the teams had to sell hypothetical products which got the audience engaged and in splits! The event ‘Product Launch’ is going to be the next attraction!
Debate & Current Affairs Club along with the HR Club have kept us abreast with the business world.
Aerobics & Yoga have been a huge success to keep ourselves fresh and it acts as a good break amidst the busy schedule
Further to the above, we have taken an OATH to keep our surroundings clean via the ‘Swachh Bharat’ Initiative and have a dedicated team for the initiative. Through this, we have introduced 3 different colored dust-bins, one for each type(biodegradable, recyclable and non-biodegradable). Also, we intend to go on a cleanliness drive in and around the markets of Gurgaon.
