I created my profile on iimjobs months ago and have got their app installed on my mobile as well, but despite applying for relevant jobs, there are no calls. They claim that the status of application gets change once the recruiter views the application, but to see the changed status one has to take a paid membership. If that’s going to happen with all the applications, there is no point having a free membership.
This appears to be a fake and fraud website/ company to me. I am yet to come across an acquaintance/ friend who got a job through them.
