I saw Ijaazat a few years ago. It is one of those movies which I can personally identify with. I can identify with all the three main characters in the movie specially to Anuradha Patel who longs for love and affection but does not want to commit in life.
Gulzar is one of my favorite Directors and with this movie he proves that he is a master in exploring and depicting human emotions. It is one of those movies where you can feel for all the main characters. I like the way the song starts Mera kuch Saman tumhare pass pada hain. The scene were Sudha’s has sent all of Maya’s luggage and Maya sends a telegram which says that there are still something which are there with Mohinder. It was amazing. I can feel that pain so much. All the songs have been pictures so well. It is a gem of a movie and will remian close to my heart.
