I order table and chair from IKEA. When I tried to install I noticed the table top was damaged. When I raised for replacement. Nobody called me back.
When I sent the photo of chair they said this cannot be replaced.
Things to know how they treat you:
It takes atleast 30 to 40 days for replacement.
They will not refund your money easily think before buying from IKEA. I bought almost 40k items and I feel it would be good if I had bought those items from local store.
Customer care speak rudely and never understand you. They keep saying you will get a call back but nobody calls. Every time you call they keep you on hold for 5mins.
