Terrible Terrible staff! It’s a joke ikea have invested in staff to watch customer LOL. But no staff near the product if one wants to inquire of any product related questions! If one sees any staff and approach them for help straight away the reply is sorry it’s not my section.I don’t think I will visit again!!!! Oh ya I was not allowed to take the trolley yo the cash counter dhe made me to pick up a bag and fill itbup then walk to the cashier but but gor my surprise she allowed other people to carry their trolley.... is that how IKEA treats their customer ? Or is it lack of training to your staff??
