Hi every one, it my experience on IKEA online shopping, had opted this as u all know BcoZ of lockdown , had placed my order on 1 st June 2020, was to be delivered on 14 th June, too much time taken, still I thought I will receive the products which I need , will wait for that, then on 14 , I dint receive till evening , I talked to them they said it will be delivered soon, waited 15, 16, 17 and still no confirmation, on 18 th June I said to cancel my order as I can’t wait more , then I asked for refund , they again said 14 days , started waiting again, after 10 days I receive an email saying the refund has been initiated , u will receive the amount in ur bank in next 14 working days , WORST online shopping experience.
