This is the worst shopping I had made.I bought ilife 6 months back and within 6 months it started to make some strange noise from the suction part.The most saddest part is that before buying the machine I had contacted sales team and customer service and they promised me that I willl be replaced with another machine till it gets repaired.Now they are saying technical persons won’t come and visit and they will take this machine and it will take around 1 week to fix this issue.And when I asked for the replacement machine, they are saying that it is not there in their company policy.
If they would have told me about the company policy before buying the machine, definitely I wouldn’t have bought this machine since there a lot of other bands available.
Beware of buying ilife robotics since they are very clever in making false promises and cheating us.When we ask for the email id of their CEO they will disconnect the phone.
