World Worst company and Service provider. They are all Cheaters and scammers . I have bought A20 Pro product and after 6 months, Robo stopped working. I have raised a customer service request and they are asking me to Send the Product Delhi which is NOT acceptable at all. I am based out of Chennai and sending product is really Risky. Though, I send the product 40 Days Before - Feb 1st week, There is no update from them and there is no response at all from them .even after multiple reminders there is no update from them at all . I have raised this case to consumer court and soon will file the Cheating case as well . Please don’t get them in to such kind of worst companies loop and you will end up with loss and frustration. Think multiple time when your buying such nasty product . trust me whom ever given review positive, they might have been offered to give good review( I was offered initially but I denied) and post after sending review screen shot to them, they will give some 500 worth accessories. This way they have some good reviews in amazon and google reviews . positive reviewers Might be their team as well or they are yet to experience worst Service experience. I would strongly avoid such kind nasty product pls.
