I bought an ilife robo vacuum cleaner and mop in 2021. and it stopped working within 2 years. so I raised complaint to customer support and sent my device for service for the first time in the October 2023 and they took more than 6000/- for the name of motherboard crashed. and no 1 was informed me about warranty. so when I received my device back and I used only broom. After couple of months when I used mop it wasn’t working. And I got instructed to change the water tank. and when I bought it from Ilife website of and use for the first time. again same issue happened. so raise a complaint again. and after continuously 2 months follow ups… I have been asking for again heavy amount. and they are claiming that motherboard is crashed. And its now out of warranty. and despite of asking on mail they didn’t inform me about warranty terms…. its clearly seems that I got defaulted motherboard in the first service… and no helps are providing by the Ilife team… No customer would tortured by any organisation as Ilife did to me.
