All of us will have some conceptions how a private company will work. But Ilogy is a living exception to that. There are no clear goals and objectives to the company. Anybody wishing to make a career should definitely avoid this company. The office is a mess. Doesn’t even have an A/C. Even government offices have better infrastructure. you won’t get any benefits just gross pay without any kind of security. They don’t even provide salary accounts for god’s sake.
