Never ever visit this hospital, I too had a very bad experience when my husband got admitted in image hospitals...unfortunate morning my husband has some chest pain as I was carrying and no one at home my owners son took him to Image hospitals as it was near to our home.
They first took ECG test and based on that I think they can tell if its related to that or not. They asked him to get admitted for no reason. every day they used to take all some or the other test which covered almost all tests in their hospital and to our surprise they didn’t collect his urine and gave the urine test results too along with blood test reports.
These people collected the blood sample twice when we enquired they are saying simply that the first sample got clotted (because it might have mixed with spirit) mere negligence. When my husband questions them they will say you have BP and all stupid things they will talk to patients who are already suffering.
The main doctor comes and says app ko koyi problem nahi hee and u can walk, jump adn do what ever u want. but when my husband says that I have been admitted for almost 1 week and no change in my health condition she says u r taking unnecessary tension.
Then at last when my husband explained in grief to a night shift doctor she told that the symptoms are of gastric problem:( for such a small problem they made him suffer a lot. and the worst part is the next day he has to go for gastric test for which his stomach should be empty.
First they told they will take him at 7 in the morning when I went there nothing was ready...when I enquired they said they will let us know and it was almost 11 in anger I shouted at them asking whether they are doctors or not for making a person suffering from gastric problem to stay with empty stomach for such a long time :( then they gave stupid answer like first preference will be given to Ameerpet inpatients and in between they will take Madhapur patients.
I don’t understand is Madhapur image is not an image hospital branch? And when we collected the reports it was 12’O clock then I called and informed the doctor that we have collected the report and we will be there in 20 mins she said she will be there but when we reached Madhapur image hospital she already left :( when we checked with the reception guys they told tomorrow only u can check with doctor.
For a matter of 10 mins they asked us to stay for one more extra day, it proves that how money minded these people are.Then we asked them to discharge on that day only then the answer which we got from doctor is if any thing happens to the patient we are not responsible for that as you are leaving the hospital on your wish. this is the worst answer we got after staying in that hospital for more than a week and spent around 65000.
The next day my husband went to Apollo hospitals, by looking at the ecg report they told that he don’t have any problem with the heart. and told that everything is fine and has some gastric problem that’s it.
And when my husband told them that he want to get admitted they told its not necessary for his condition. So please never ever visit image hospitals.....
