I, along with my friends planned to visit imagica through train, so 2 days prior only we called the customer care to know about the pickup bus service from khopoli station and even enquired about all the rides. The customer care executive told us that not to worry about the rides as all are functional and pick up bus will leave after the train arrives @ 10. As soon as we reached khopoli station, We did find the imagica bus there at a distance and around 30 people were waiting near the bus. Everyone waited around for 25-30 mins. Even everyone tried calling imagica but was of no use. Finally after some time driver came and he told that it will take more 30mins. It was already 11.15, so everyone decided to take rickshaw and paid 300 and went on their own. So the free pickup service is just for name sake. We had to go on our own.
At the ticket counter it was mentioned that imagica parade is cancelled, so that was ok for us as we went there for rides. Even on their website it was mentioned that if any ride or event is not operational then please do check the ticket counter before buying the tickets. So I was ok with it. As soon as we entered the park we saw that nitro was closed as it was reserved and operational only for shooting. So I immediately asked one of the staff over there. So he told me that it will be open to public by 3.Again at 3 we went there so they told me that there is some technical issue but then I could still see the shooting was nicely going on and ride was completely operational.
Again this time they told us to come back by 5. So at 5 again they gave another excuse and I could still see shooting going on. So we had an argument that time few visitors even recorded the video that how the staff was fooling us. One of the staff even told us that nitro will start at 8pm. Now that was funny and I got more annoyed, because everyone knows that rides are not operational after 8. Everyone came there just for nitro as it’s the big attraction and if not operational they should have mentioned at the ticket counter which they didn’t and secondly how they can reserve the ride for shooting purposely when the park is opened for the public? I was very disappointed as we came all the way from Mumbai CST to khopoli just for nitro.Very bad management even all the staff they were quite rude.
In the end while leaving the park I asked for the feedback form and wrote everything in it and even the executive he asked me what happened. He told me that they will call me to discuss and solve this issue. We went on 18-10-2104 and till now no call no mail nothing from their end. They treat customers like dirt with no respect. Least expected service after paying such a hefty amount for imagica. We are very disappointed after this incident.
