We had planned our tour for 7 nights and 8 days to Himanchal Pradesh with Imazine Holidays Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi. Ms. Poonam Thankur planned our trip and Rs. 72000/ was the final amount paid for 8 people before the start of the tour. The day we reached Delhi, there was no one to receive us with welcome drink as told by the tour operator. One Maruti Ertiga was there for 8 people? After a tussle of 3 hours under the heat of the Sun, the company sent two cars to lead us to Shimla. The operator told in advance that the hotel will be in Shimla on Mall road but it was in Kufri. Later when we reached Manali. the tour conductor Ms. Poonam Thankur started calling us over the phone to pay Rs. 16000/ extra for the additional car which was not asked by us. From the beginning she said Tavera vehicle will be there but she didn’t sent Tavera and the transporter from whom they have taken the vehicle asked the drivers to stop the vehicle if the amount is not paid. Ms. Poonam troubled us a lot and spoiled our trip at every moment. The drivers Mr. Neeraj and Mr. Dildar Singh didn’t have any idea about the places of local sight seeing. We missed several points on the way because of them. They started blackmailing us for money and have charged Rs. 2000/ to Manikaran trip which was already there in the itinerary. In all Ms. Poonam doesn’t have any idea about planning the trip.
It was really bad of Imazine Holidays to spoil our trip. I will be writing in detail to the Manager of the company about our grievances. I request all those who read this review not to plan with Imazine.
