*Recently, ICICI Bank transfered my points to imints. I contacted bank regarding the redemption of my points and they routed me to iMint. I called their Customer Service and they informed me card was already delivered to ME!!! but I never received it. I don’t know to whom they handedover my card!. I sent tons of email to them but did NOT receive even a SINGLE REPLY. Not only this, you have to wait on long HOLD to get in touch with CSR. Definately all customers are abusing them and they are trying to calm them down on every call. Their website is just awesome at errors. I am sure for iMint website............................................................................ if the site opens successfully by chance..........it is an ERROR. And if you get an ERROR while redemption or opening the points...................... for sure it is SUCCESS!......
