I got ths sick free imint card, this is the terrible thing happened to me. I ordered 5-6 gifts on this card in the month of oct’ 08 and still haven’t received them. When i contacted the customer care, they told me that my gifts were delivered to a wrong address that too, one to mumbai address and one to pune. I have no idea why the gifts were delivered to a wrong address when the address was confirmed when i placed the order and that too it went to 2 different places and the people i dint know. Its a horrible customer service i had in my life. After this they gave me a complaint number and advised me to wait for few days and i would get a call from them.
I waited almost a week and still dint receive any call from the customer care. I called them again they told me that they are working on this issue and gave me another complaint number and asked me to wait. Finally after waiting for 3 more days i called the useless customer care and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor gave me a call and told me that he has despatched the order and i would be recieving it in next few days. Finally i received a courier from imint but for my suprise they sent me the gifts which i never ordered and that too of less quantity and value.
I called customer care again and asked for the same sup who was working on my case. The rep told me that he was on a leave. I asked for a another sup and he assured me that he would give me a calll the same day after looking into the matter and i am still waiting.
I would definitely want to file a case against them and take them to consumer court. Guys!!!!! Are you with me...
