Hi everyone - Well my rewards points from my back were transferred to imintpoints 6 months earlier and since then I have been trying to reach them but of no cause. I call them up once every 2-3 weeks asking them to send me the imint card and every time I hear a different excuse:
The agent who was handling my case has left
We lost your card and hence we are getting a new one created
The card has been send for embossing and it will take a few days for it come back before we can send it.
And so on. Note that they have been trying to send me the card for the last 6 months but no result as of now. They have been very unprofessional in handling the case as well as offering a pathetic service to the customers. I cannot approach the bank as well and I am not sure what needs to be done so that I can redeem my points.
