I have more than 40000 points, transferred by ICICI to imint without a by your leave. Imint is horrible and this is why:
The **tiny fonts** on the website are ridiculous. The rewards category symbols are confusing since **text tags mostly dont appear. Browsing the category web pages is a pain **as they take their own sweet time to appear. No explanation of conditions**, further details of items are available.
*Imint does not answer emails.** I found that out when I had a problem earlier. After 6 months.of pursuing them I got ICICI bank to address the issue with them.
*They dont have a toll free line**, or a statewise phone number. You are expected to call up Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore. I did decide to call up twice, but I was kept listening to the recorded messages, till the phone got disconnected, and all I got was a bill for the STD charges. Do they think everybody lives in Mumbai & Delhi?
*And the crowning glory** is this satement found on their website: "LSRL is not liable for the accuracy of the image, **since the images which you see may not be a true representation of the actual product."*
I blame ICICI bank for doing this to me.
