Imintpoints is a great loyalty reward programme which is really beneficial to all of us who keep using their ICICI credit cards for almost every purchase.
I started using imint card almost a year back when all my reward points from ICICI card where transferred to imint. I found imint customer care to be effective and responsive whenever I have asked for my new card and also while redeeming points.Within 7-10 working days I will get my products without any problem.
Best part is that your credit card reward points get doubled in imint and if you are using there preferred brands like airtel or hp , you will get separate points for it also.I always get extra points from airtel whenever I pay my bill.
This way you will earn points 2 time if you have done your payment with ICICI credit card. They have wide range of products and some are from great brands which you can redeem without any hestitation.So far I have redeemed twice -
1) Sempre cutlery set (six piece each of spoons, forks, knifes, small spoons) for almost 3600 points.It has a good finish and are of good quality.It got delivered within 10 days.
2) Cotton table cover with 6 napkins - pretty decent for 1625 points , already washed it once and no problem like color fading etc.
I am satisfied with products available and so far I have not faced any problem.They also keep coming up with some offers to get extra reward points . One thing , their website is not so great and sometimes you will get message as ’server down’ while redeeming points.It is better to redeem through customer care number.
