Imint service is really excellent

Sometime ago, I have posted negative comments about imint. But I think its our mistake to think negative about imint  . Imint team really worked on customer feedback and they really care who really respect their imint loyalty and value. Mr. Rakesh Srivastava is one of the excellent Escalation manager of imint who took my grievances personally and seriously and worked continuously towards the improvement of the program and provided complete credit of imint points


After my lot of mails from one half month when I got in touch with Rakesh, he regularly called me everyday and updated me about the status. He just took 3 days to fix this long pending issue. He not only credited the imint points of HPCL purchase for year 2010, but also for the year 2007, 2008 and 2009, which is really out of the box and difficult to provide the credits. I think we all should change the incorrect belief about imint. It might be due to 1 or 2 junior officers of imint we get into wrong impression about imint.


I wish my many many thanks from deep of my heart to Imint and also to Mr. Rakesh for his outstanding performance. I should say that imint is really a customer centric company and we must have deep respect to their officials and employees. Also we wish that they will definitely adhere to customer’s concern and their immediate resolutions
